All Sales Final — No Returns, No Refunds Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has shipped, including but not limited to scent preference, skin sensitivity, change of mind, or unused/unopened bars. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy. If your order arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
